Saturdays at 10am, Emily's Vertical Art Pole Fitness & Dancing for ladies. Alison from Wayne Armstrong's Gym is now the first female assistant boxing coach in Herts and is featured in The Comet. |
At Wayne's gym, there are male and female changing rooms, showers and lockers. There is also a dance studio that can be hired out, and gym equipment for sale. Contact us for more information. |
